the hotel's location offered convenient access to the beach.
the ev chargers were mostly out of service, i found only one working. it took an hour to download and register on a third-party app for charging. the staff issued towel cards with exchanges only available after 11 am.

The decor was gorgeous and everything felt so clean. i really enjoyed the beautiful pool. It looked out over the sea. the staff were very friendly and helpful, and there were buzzers for service at the poolside tables.

This relaxed hotel impressed me. i found it spotlessly clean, with attentive staff members. i thought salamar restaurant was the best for lunch. the room was clean. The bed was really comfortable (the sweets at turn down were a great touch!). i appreciated that there were more sunbeds than people, avoiding the usual early-morning rush.
as an all-inclusive guest, i assumed the minibar was free due to the lack of price lists. i got a hefty bill at check-out, which wasn't ideal. i suggest clarity on minibar charges to avoid surprises.
